What to expect with PROLeadS(TM): You should expect our new account specialists to get in touch with you within a week of subscribing and to be receiving leads within 3-4 weeks of subscribing, if not sooner. Depending on your subscription level (100, 200 or 500), you should expect about 10% of your total leads each month. Please make time to attend the "How to follow up" webinar when youare asked to do so: it is invaluable to your efforts. You need not do anything but follow up on the leads (as fast as you can) that you receive. We handle everything else.
What to expect with CompassSearch(TM): You should expect our new account specialists to get in touch with you within a week or two of subscribing. Once production work is done, it takes 60 days or so to begin to see movement on the major search engines, although it can happen faster. Please attend both training calls when asked and remember that our advice is based on years of knowing what works, as told to us by clients. If you choose not to implement our advice, it will impact the performance of your site.

The warranty you choose is our actual warranty and replaces all other warranties, express or implied and cannot be changed except in writing by an authorized officer of the company, and is subject to the following exclusions:
Exclusions: This guarantee will be null and void if subscriber: (a) changes html tags as installed for subscriber by Compass or by subscribers website host at Compass’ direction; (b) fails to implement html tag changes as directed by Compass; (c) declines to implement specific necessary changes to subscribers homepage as may be directed by Compass, (e.g., lead capture box, removal of one-way outbound links, removal of FLASH intro pages, etc.); (d) changes to a URL other than subscribed under; (e) fails to provide site User Name and Password for Compass use from web host or webmaster; (f) changes website platforms without informing Compass in advance and authorizing a reimplementation of production on that new platform; (g) fails to fulfill any or all payment obligations under subscription agreement when due.
